HAND CARE @ LA CLINICA Institute Treatment Step 1: Remove all nail polish from finger nails. Step 2: File each nail and smooth rough edges with the LA CLINICA nail file. Continue until all nails are filed. Step 3: Apply a drop of LACLINICA Cuticle & Nail Nourishing Manicure Oil on each cuticle and gently massage in. Step 4: Fill a bowl with warm water and add 3 squirts of LA CLINICA Professional Hand Wash. Place both hands in bowl and soak hands and nails for 5 minutes. Step 5: After soaking, apply a generous amount of hand scrub onto hands. Massage in well, paying extra attention to rough areas. Continue massaging until skin and nails feel smoother. Then rinse off under running water. Towel dry hands. Step 6: Take the LA CLINICA cuticle stick and wrap the end with a small amount of cotton wool. Use to gently push back each cuticle. Step 7: Apply a liberal amount of LA CLINICA Moisture Rich Hand & Nail Treatment and massage in hands, cuticles and nails. Take this opportunity to perform a relaxing pressure point massage. To paint nails, simply wipe Nail Polish Remover over each nail again. When nails are dry, commence applying nail varnish. To achieve healthy and elegant hands and nails, perform this manicure weekly. |
