  • I am a therapist/ beauty salon owner and wish to purchase products? How do I become a stockist?

    We have Sales & Training representatives in every state of Australia supporting our clients and assisting them with their business needs.

    If you would like information about becoming a LA CLINICA stockist, simply submit an enquiry form on the website, email us at helpdesk@laclinica.com OR phone: +61 (0)3 9799 8803. Kindly provide us with your name, salon name, postal address and a contact phone number and we will have the appropriate person contact you.

    Our Account Managers will be able to answer any questions you may have, as well as provide you with our Opening Order Packages, Wholesale price lists, samples and more information.

  • How do I place an order?

    A - Placing an order is easy. Simply ‘click’ on the product you wish to buy and ‘click’ the tab add to cart. You can then keep shopping and if you wish to view your cart, you will find it up the top right hand corner of the website. You can add and remove items as you wish and when you are finished, just view your cart and ‘click’ check out.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

  • I can't find a product on the website?

    A - Please use the Search Bar located in the top right hand corner of the website.

    If you know the code this is great, if not you can type something as simple as Scrub, Mask, Eye.
