Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

30 day change of mind refund for unopened products


We are happy to offer returns and a full refund on products you've purchased from LaClinica.com within 30 days of the date of purchase.*  Items must be in original and unused condition. Any Gift With Purchase received with an order must also be returned for a full refund. 


You are required to pay for your return back to La Clinica and you assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit.


You must ensure the parcel is returned to us within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a full refund. Your refund will be processed within 10 business days of your parcel’s arrival back to our warehouse. 


We do not accept returned goods that have been opened or used, unless:

  • The product is deemed faulty
  • You have experienced an unfavourable skin reaction (imagery of reaction may be required).


How to start a return


Please email us at helpdesk@laclinica.com if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues. Please include your order number and the details of the product you wish to return. If the product is faulty or caused a reaction, please include relevant information.
